How much does a consultation cost?+
The first consultation is free. We talk through your situation and suggest possible routes, with no obligation.
How long does it take to get a visa?+
It depends on the visa. H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery. An O-1 can take three to six months. An employer-sponsored Green Card takes one to three years depending on the category.
What is the O-1 visa?+
The O-1 is for people with extraordinary ability in their field. It is a good fit for researchers, artists, founders, athletes, and other professionals who can show an exceptional level of skill.
Do I need an employer to sponsor me?+
Some visas need a sponsor (H-1B, L-1). Others do not: O-1 through an agent, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW. We will find the option that fits your situation.
Can I bring my family?+
Yes. Most work and immigrant visas let you include a spouse and unmarried children under 21. They receive dependent visas such as H-4, L-2, or O-3.
